The Tubman Cheerleaders Marched in the Mother Goose Parade! Our cheerleaders did an awesome job representing Tubman in the Mother Goose Parade this year! They chanted, marched and cheered tiger pride!
6th Grade Takes Over to Camp Cuyamaca! Tubman 6th graders just got back from 6th grade camp at Cuyamaca Outdoor School! They had a great time taking part in outdoor activities, character enrichment classes, and team building exercises. This was a great opportunity for them to learn more about themselves and their classmates!
The Tubman Tigers are Going to the Playoffs! Our Tubman Tiger Football team made it to the YMCA A Division playoffs! The next game will be Monday Nov. the 13th against Feaster at Memorial Prep. Please come out and support our team. Go Tigers!

Harriet Tubman is Awarded the The Northrup Grumman FabLab Grant! Harriet Tubman Village Charter School is happy report that we just unveiled our new state of the art science lab facility thanks to our amazing science teacher Fardusa Sharif and the $100,000 Northrop Grumman Foundation's FabLab grant we were awarded last year. Out of hundreds of schools that applied, we were one of the 5 schools chosen to receive the grant.
The Google Expeditions AR Pioneer Program came to HTVCS! Expeditions AR uses Google's AR technology to map the physical classroom and placed 3D objects. Students can walk all around the objects, get in close to spot details, and step back to see the full picture.
Monthly Family Movie Nights! Every month our School PTC and ASES Program host a family movie night here at Tubman. We watch movies on our EPIC movie screen while families cozy up and enjoy the food and entertainment.
Annual Harvest Festival! Our teachers look forward to planning The Harvest Festival every year! This year's Fest was a hit with students and families! It included carnival games, a bounce house, cake walk, face painting, food, and much more.
