A little bit about me...
Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am so excited to work with you and your child this year! It’s going to be a year full of fun, learning, and lots of adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us. I thought you might like to know a little bit about me!
I was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to beautiful San Diego to get my Bachelors Degree in Theatre Arts Performance at San Diego State University. I have always had a passion for teaching, and it was at SDSU that I also received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
In my spare time you can find me exploring beautiful San Diego with my husband Michael, my two sons Milo and Wyatt, and our adorable puppy Luna! We enjoy exploring San Diego, cooking yummy food, and spending time with family and friends.
I am excited to be teaching at Harriet Tubman Village Charter for my 6th year (this is my 10th year as a Teacher) and I am excited to continue growing with our wonderful Tubman Village. I am so excited to be joining your TK/Kindergarten students for a wonderful year! This will be my 5th year teaching Kindergarten. I absolutely love Kindergarten and all the growth that happens in this first year of school. I am so excited to bring my passion for learning to the classroom this year and to create lifelong learners in my students as well!
